Uses of Montek Tab

Montek Tab is an allergy medicine used to treat hay fever/rhinitis, seasonal allergies, bronchial asthma, exercise-induced bronchospasm, urticaria, eczema, and food allergy. It alleviates symptoms in patients with allergies such as runny nose, sneezing, breathing difficulty, itchy skin and congestion. The main ingredients of this medication are levocetirizine and montelukast. Levocetirizine is a low-sedating, long-acting H1-receptor antagonist that makes allergy symptoms like sneezing and watery eyes disappear. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist, and it helps by opening up the airways, so breathing becomes easier.Montek Tab significantly reduces the allergic response and removes breathing difficulties (in patients with asthma), allowing people to carry on with their daily physical activities. It also helps the appearance by ridding the skin of any rashes or spots. Depending on your symptoms, you may take the medication, and it usually doesn’t present with many notable adverse effects.
